Hi everyone , well since being on here hiding away your advise has been wonderful. I went and had surgery on the fourth of july once again. number seven now and all went well I thought. Doctor seems think the mass is and might not be cancer which is good and the bladder fix up went well. They had some trouble putting the sling in for there was way to much scar tissue but they went with a small one and hope it stays in place but I am on three weeks bed rest and should get the result in about ten days so I am pleased, sore, a bit excited.

This wk has been huge, exhausting, defeating and trying. I can honestly say I have just dragged myself along.... Mon at hospital seeing chemo Dr due to an extreme rash from the chemo, constipation, extreme pain and difficulty breathing. Tues spent hrs at hospital having full body ct scan and ultrasounds.

Hi Im new here. My father who lives in New zealand was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his esophagus 4 weeks ago. He then had a scan which revealed the cancer has spread to his gullet and live,they have given him an estimate on his life span.

Our Story Our connection with cancer began in March 2009, when my wife Jenny was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This was a big shock to us as we have pretty much breezed through life. This diagnosis introduced us to a new world of hospitals, many tests, and chemotherapy and radiation treatment. I admire the way that Jenny handled the situation. Her attitude from the beginning was very positive and one of not playing the victim and concentrating on getting over it. Not once did she say “why me?”
