I wasnt going to write a blog today but now im quite upset and need to get it off my chest. I have been studying for a 3,000 word Bus Law assignment which i have had to put off for a couple of days because Mums not coping very well. I also have two test next week for Accounting and Economics which i have also neglected. I have helped set up a blog on here for her, people want to speak to her and she seems interested - but everytime i try to get Mum on the computer, she doesnt want to do it.

“And when are you going to, you know, die”, she said with discerning tactlessness. Do you want that in weeks, months or years Dear? Bless you Dear, it’s not for me to know the workings of the Lord’s mind. Not in your lifetime Honey, if I’m really lucky. Not anytime soon, I’m sure you’ll be pleased to know. Just gossip! Got any other insensitive questions? Not anytime soon. Have you heard any other good rumours? I am not sure. Oh, and are you still cheating on your husband? I don’t know, oh, and good luck with your STD!

Ok so from 8am this morning im running around, trying to organise things for Mum to keep busy. A nice lady from our local council came over this morning, after speaking with a tearful girl (me) over the phone last night, begging for some sort of support group or activity group to get mum out and about again. The lady gave us some brochures, but still im not satisfied with support groups for people with a communication problem/issues!!!

I haven't blogged in such a long time... this time I don't need to vent. I just want to share my story. exactly a month ago, my mother asked me and my sister to bring her back to indonesia. The place where she was born and live till cancer came along may last year.

Whilst i live in the generation of Y, i have never used a blog before! I was a little worried and sceptical at first but realised there was alot that i needed to say about my experiences and how im dealing and coping with my mothers ongoing illnesses; all by myself! I'm also hoping to shed some light on things for others that are in the same situation as me.
