Hi Deb1, I'm sorry for your recent loss. Are there any activities you can partake in during the day time? Being alone would be terrible at this time for you. You need to have something to keep you occupied & happy, as life goes on. Do you have someone to talk to? You know you can always call the Cancer Council, or Lifeline. Hi Sal2, I am sorry for your loss. I have heard of some people, when they are dying, waiting till the family is out of the room before they let go. I don't know why they do this, but can only surmise it's because they don't want to see the pain in your eyes when they do finally pass. It's a very heartwrenching situation. @iloveyoudearly7 is right though, counselling/talking to someone would be the best thing for you & your children. I don't know how quickly your body recovers from that particular chemo, but I would imagine everyone is different in the rate they recover. I would let your body guide you - If you're not feeling any fatigue or any other side effects, it's probably a safe bet that you're ok.
