Hi Linda, thank you. I have stoken to cancer victoria nurses, I have used the counsellers. Yes they help you get things off your chest, but carn't help when it comes to people not doing their job. I had a CT scan of my neck/Jaw, even my GP couldn't work out what it ment? So I'm lucky that I have contacts at Peter Mac, they have made a appointment for me next week for them to investergate it. Which they have always been there when it comes to anything to do with my head and neck. So I don't know if there is anywhere for me to go? Or just wait and hope something will turn up one day. Hello Cathie I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis.  My husband sadly passed away in May 2022.  I'm nearing the first anniversary of his death.  What I'm most grateful for is that I was able to spend every moment of the 10 months with the most beautiful person I've ever met in my life, before he passed.  He fought a battle I'll never know and the chemo treatment had side effects that he didn't always share with me. I think he had more courage and love for me that he kept pushing through. My husband was my best friend and loving partner.  I have memories, which can either make me laugh or cry.  I think everyone's cancer journey is unique to them.   I could rant about the time we'll never have, but I will always be thankful for the time that we did have.   I hope you have family and friends who can support you during this time. Hi Jen, maybe they can adjust the dosage of chemo. When I first started chemo called RCHOP I had a terrible reaction to it and was in hospital twice, couldn’t eat, could barely walk, and felt like my body was being eaten up!  I wasn’t going to have any more but my lovely specialist cut the dose down and I was able to do the next 5 treatments. The worst thing then was the fatigue. I’m through it now and am 2 years cancer free. As you say, no hair is the least of your problems. So sorry you have to go through this Jen.
