Stuart had his mri on Monday. Tumour has doubled and is now 7x5x4. There is also a new tumour in the left posterior temporal/parietal lobe, it is 1.5cm. I am almost relieved that there is new growth and the end is approaching even if it is unbearaly slow. It is agony to watch him now. Can't walk, no communication, incontinent. Uninterested in anything around him, Headaches increasing, morphine pump being put in later this week. Often anxious but we can't understand him to know why, thats if he even knows.

My husband was diagnose last April with low grade non aggressive bladder cancer. He had on large mass removed and was packed up and sent home. No follow up. Then in November he started with kidney pain and bleeding when urinating ( this time lots more blood). We had a ultrasound done which confirmed two masses in his bladder. So before Xmas he went in again to hospital and the went into the first layer of his bladder and removed the masses. Unfortunately one mass was obstructing his left ureter, so they placed a stent in for 6 weeks.

My dad was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in April last year, and went through treatment of Radiation and Chemo and then surgery, he now has a colostomy bag and initially the results were that they had " got everything " and we were so relieved !! He just had a scan 2 weeks ago and something is showing in his stomach.. after an endoscopy they have now told him that there is a tumor that needs to come out, so there will be more surgery and possibly more treatment. We are all so scared for him... and there's nothing we can say that can take the fear away of not knowing what will happen next.

Hi anyone, My name is Linda and less than 2 weeks ago, my brother was diagonosed with bowel cancer, it has spread to his liver, and after having surgery last Thursday to remove the bowel tumour and some of his liver, the surgeon also found "something" in his abdominal cavity- wonder what that might be? Surprisingly, one of my friends kindly said that she could tell me what it would be, Duh, how stupid does she think I am?
