So I'm looking for some advice My name is Randi Parker. My husband Is Cody Parker. We recently got married in the hospital. When we found out that the cancer he had fought for a entire year "that 2 months ago we were told was gone" is back and worse then ever. We are 25 and have been together since we were 15. We have two sons one is 9 and one is 4. He has primitve neuro ectodermal tumors taking over his brain. He has already undergone. 3 brain surgeries, 30 rounds of radiation, and 4 rounds of agressive chemo. Now that it's back they are saying there is nothing we can do to help him.

I just wanted to say something, especially to the people who stand with us cancer hosts - we love you and appreciate everything you do for us. Everyone asks how I am, no one ever asks how my wife is doing ... we know you are coping with at least as much as we are if not more (I dont have to deal with it and watch my spouse go through hell as well ...) Dont think that it you are ever over looked by us. From the day we are burdened with this to the day of it's eventual outcome, we know you are there with us sharing and supporting and we love you for it.

its been eight weeks now and i miss him more than ever... its different now. Instead of waking up daily crying and not being able to do basic things, i get up, feed myself do what i do for the day (not back at work yet) and get on with it... the only thing is i find myself having these flashbacks of stuff... his death, his sickness.. the happier memories. I'l just stare in to space and think of him. I miss him so much.. his smell, the way he'd play with my hair until id fall asleep, the way he'd hug me and id feel as if all my problems have been taken away....

Hi, its been awhile since i have posted a blog here. After a 6 month battle with cancer my wife passed away on the 3rd November 2012. I have moved in with my parents for awhile for added help with my 7yr old son.Now my son is relatively settled and enrolled in a new school, I have been able to start focusing on myself. It is becoming more and more obvious to myself that I am not coping with the loss of my wife.I have made an appointment with the doctor to get a care plan done so i can hopefully get to see a counsellor to help me through.

Well, after my last blog about fatigue, we got some answers. Good- but bad at the same time. I knew something was wrong, doc's put him back on the Dex- and there is a huge improvement. My dear best friend is back, and talking my ear off about random facts, and of course garden tips. The oncologist called us the day of the bloods & MRI, and advised nothing was out of the ordinary, so start dex & see how you go. Appointment booked with him for 5 days time.
