I have heard this so many times the last couple of weeks I thought I was going to scream but I think now that I am over the initial shock of being told I had secondary breast cancer and the why me and the anger I have decided the power of the mind has a lot to do with your success of fighting this cancer a lady said to me today the acceptance and the ability to get on with the fight no matter what this illness sends your way is all in my hands. I can do this I can fight and Although I have just begun this fight I know I can do this.

My husband spent 11 hours at the hospital last Friday having tests etc in an endeavour to get into a clinical trial. The doctor phoned today & said at the moment they don't think he's fit enough to go on the trial! (How fit do they expect him to be? He's had cancer for over a year!!!) Even before cancer my husband wasn't what you would class as an active person, he had retired from work & his days mostly consisted of sitting in front of the TV!

Today is my youngest son's 11th birthday and it is the first birthday that my father has not been here to celebrate the special day. Two weeks ago we were discussing gifts of bmx bikes and birthday celebrations, today it is impossible to not notice his absence.

today mum went and had a heart scan done, i think it went well and all was ok, i then took her to the oncolgy unit to find out when they would be starting the chemo, they are still unsure as they are still waiting on results to be able to start from canberra, its so frustrating, she just wants to start fighting and i feel this really let her down, it let me down, i want to see her stepping forward in this process and the start for us is to do the chemo!! why does it take so god dam long to get it all going??

HOW DARE YOU !!!!, we have enough to deal with in our lives without you doing this ? Have you heard of Karma?

I was shocked to find my blog of 26th May this year appears on the net. If you google adenoid cystic carcinoma in lacrimal duct my blog from this site appears. I don't know how or why this happened. I don't know how to remove it.
