Today i had an egg 'pick up' done. I did a course of IVF so I could freeze some eggs before I start my treatment. I got 11 eggs, which apparantly is really good. I am happy with the result, as now I am still a contender to be a mother even though my treatment is going to make me sterile. I don't have a partner and I'm told I wont be able to carry a pregnancy either, but, I have eggs. That's enough for me for now. Still can't help but wonder about those miracle babies though... wonder if that will ever happen to me?? Can only hope hey!

each day is getting harder, im just starting to accept it more... it still seems surreal.. my bf is having his scan in 3 weeks and im so nervous.. what if its bad? what if the chemo hasnt worked? he's had 4 rounds already.. should this have done something? i live in fear everyday and ive had enough 😞

Can't believe it. On a tram, passing on of my mum's former work places and felt tears well up. What'g going on? Two years down the track and something 'small' like this triggers off tears. Been trying to get a grip on this 'fleeting' yet memorable moment since yesterday.

hi all, i feel so hurt.. friends that i thought would be there really havent.. my bf has bowel cancer and one of my closest friends has started haning out with my ex bf rather than me! she avoids rinning me or seeing how im going.. 😞 i feel so hurt and angry... i feel almost lost like alone.. its my partner who has cancer so when he's unable to pick me up off the floor coz he is himself whos there for me?
