What do I feel? I feel everything and I feel nothing. I feel exhausted, emotionally, mentally, physically and socially. I feel frustrated, angry, ripped off and cheated. I feel scared,I feel sad and I feel like I haven't taken a breath that completely fills my lungs for the last 14 months. I feel like I want to cry an ocean of tears and yet none come. I feel useless. I feel empty. I feel resentment and resentful. I feel lazy. I have nothing to give, I'm all out of everything. I am numb.

Hi my dad has oesophagous cancer and has been on morphein patches and endocodin tabs for pain releif last 2 month and now GP has stoppedmorphein due to breathing problems and has given him patches to help with breathing plus endocodin. Talking to him tonight he sounded drunk and slurring words (even though he doesn't drink) I really don't understand what is going on as he won't give me permission to speak to his drs. I really can't understand why they have changed patches and he can't say either!!

Last evening a series of spontaneous happenings led to a wonderful yet unplanned celebration of our Wedding Anniversary. My husband and I used to dance before I was diagnosed with cancer. Last week my husband bumped into an old friend from dance class resulting in an invite to go dancing. We thought… why not… lets go dancing on our anniversary. It turned out the dancing happened to be at the same venue that we first met.
