Last blog entry took me up to where I finished my last clinical trial in December 2012. So, since then....... Over the Christmas period I had, for the first time, a lot of issues with pain management. Prior to that all my symptoms for the past 4 years related to treatment, rather than the cancer itself. So we spent most of January getting the pain under control, finally settling on 20mg OxyContin morning and night. I have no idea whether this is a small or a large dose - but it worked.

Last Friday Brent had his first seizure, it was awful. He was on the balcony at home and I was alone. Holding him up so he didn't fall and hurt himself while trying to get help was a challenge. Thankfully, a stranger at street level call the ambos and when he finally came round a little bit, I was able to lower him to the ground and get to answer the door for them. Thank you stranger.

I am 27, he is 28 . . We were seeing each other for a couple of months n then he was diagnosed With Lymphoma cancer. currently undergoing chemo. . No response from him for over a month now. What do I do.?

I have found out this morning that my boyfriends daughter is in hospital, she is 24 weeks pregnant and in hospital indefinitely with premature rupture of her membranes, they are trying to keep her out of laoubor for as long as possible and giving her steroids for the babies lungs for his best chance if he is born, so she is high risk! Very scary don't know what to think. I would like to be able to suport her through this but my bf dosn't talk to either of his daughters so I don't think there is much I can do. I don't know them much at all and have only met they both a couple of times.
